At Erin Living, we aim to provide a clear and reliable shipping experience for every order.

Shipping Area

Erin Living currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders shipped within the United States.

There are no standard shipping charges added to eligible U.S. orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not normally processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery Time

After an order has been processed, standard delivery generally takes 5–8 business days.

Estimated total time from order placement to delivery is therefore approximately 6–11 business days, depending on processing and transit conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

Delivery Issues

If your order appears to be delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us so we can review the order and assist you.

Please provide your order number and any relevant tracking information when contacting us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.
